NFA Giving Dear Parents, Alumni and Friends, During the year you will receive an enormous amount of information about NFA and all the good things that are happening here. I am pleased to have the opportunity to give you a brief overview of our Development program and the role you can play in its success. The foundation of NFA’s Development effort is the Annual Appeal and the fundraising activities of the Parents Association. These functions, relying heavily upon the generous support of our parents, alumni and friends, combined last year, raised almost $200,000 for the school. These annual funds supplement tuition income to make a variety of enhancements possible. They are allocated in support of the academic, co-curricular, and spiritual development activities of the school, as well as staff development, financial assistance, and improvements to our physical plant. In addition, the Reaching Our Dream Capital Campaign is well underway with over $6 million raised in support of new construction on the Norwood and Fontbonne campuses. Our strong supporters have taken an active role in the financial and volunteer leadership of this project. We encourage you to make this campus enhancement initiative one of your family’s philanthropic priorities. All Parents Association fundraising is coordinated by parent volunteers while responsibility for the Capital Campaign and the Annual Appeal rests in the Development Office.
