GradeBook

GradeBook is the electronic grading system used by our teachers. One component of GradeBook is a Parent Portal. The Parent Portal facilitates communication between the teacher and the parent by providing up-to-date information regarding their child's progress in a particular subject area. Parents can access the secure site from any Internet capable computer.

Before report cards are printed the Parent Portal Will be locked.

Important information to keep in mind when Logging in:
 
PASSWORD   
1. For security reasons the passwords are set up as they are.  All passwords are case sensitive and we need to take our time when logging in to GradeBook.
2. LOCKED OUT AND RESET PASSWORD: After 5 unsuccessful attempts, The GB user is locked out.  The person then contacts portalsupport@norfon.org to have your password reset.
3. NFA’s Tech team has the ability to reset any GradeBook users account.
 
USERNAME AND PASSWORDS CONTAIN CASE SENSITIVE LETTERS – LOOK CLOSELY!
1          -            The number one has a flag on top & a line at the base.
l           -            The lower case letter “L” is shown as a straight vertical line.
I           -            The upper case “I” appears as an I-beam.
0          -            The number “0” is oval in shape.
O          -            The upper case letter “O” is circular in shape.
