Co-Curricular Activities Norwood-Fontbonne Academy is pleased to offer a full array of co-curricular activities which supplements and enriches the academic program while fostering the development of the whole child. These enrichment offerings encourage students to engage in healthy competition, and whenever possible, to make practical connections and applications from the classroom to the outside world. Students are able to explore their gifts and talents in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. The administration reserves the right to deny or suspend a student's privilege to participate when circumstances warrant it. The duration of suspension is at the discretion of the administration, while conducting periodic evaluations of the student's progress. If students are involved in more than one activity and a scheduling conflict arises, students are responsible for communicating with coaches and moderators. Students will be excused from athletic practices to attend the previously scheduled activity. If the activity falls on a game day, students are expected to attend the game. Students must be present for the entire school day in order to participate in a co-curricular activity.
